- Bels Bling Browbands will confirm your order within 12 hours via email, which will include payment information, postage charges and production times (if applicable). Please note If you place an Order on a Friday, you may not receive a conformation email until the following Monday.
- Bels Bling Browbands will not process your order until payment has cleared. Unless prior arrangements have been made with Bel her self.
- "Special "Custom Orders may take up to 4 weeks to process unless otherwise stated. Please note that the processing time does not include postage transit time,it is based on a normal 5 day week ~ monday to friday .
- Cancellations are not accepted once payment has cleared.
- Extreme case must contact Bel ASAP
Postage Information
- Bels Bling Browbands does not accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels in the postal system. We encourage all customers to choose Express Post (traceable post) or take additional postal insurance to avoid disappointment.
- All postage charges include Packaging and Handling fees. These fees are fixed and cannot be changed. This ensures that your order is packed and posted safely to avoid damage during transit.
- All Bels Bling Browbands orders are sent via Express Post only. Under no circumstances will any order be sent via regular post. This is to ensure that your order can be tracked at any stage during transit. Express Post is insured up to $50.00. Extra Insurance will be offered for an additional charge. Please Note: Express Post is guaranteed “Next Day” delivery within the Australian Express Post Network only.
Returns Policy
- All sales made through Bels Bling Browbands are final.
- All Bels Bling Browbands are guaranteed against faulty workmanship. If you have a problem with your Browband please contact Bel within 7 days of receipt of your order. If the browband is found to be faulty, the original browband will need to be returned .if browband passes return reasoning a remake will be mailed out free of charge. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Bels Bling Browbands will not accept returns for incorrect size, colour or style choice, misuse or for general wear and tear.
- The browband colours shown on this website may vary to what you see on your screen due to differences in computer software. Bels Bling Browbands takes no responsibility for this happening
